About the Forum:
The Forum offers a unique format designed to maximize the exposure of small companies and their technologies via a 15-minute presentation to key executives responsible for licensing technologies. Several hours are reserved each day for face-to-face meetings in the exhibit hall.
Each presenter receives a table in the exhibit hall for displaying promotional literature and conducting meetings. Corporate attendees range in size from small research firms to large international corporations, and technology transfer is their primary purpose for attending the Forum.
Pre-Arranged Face-to-Face Meetings:
Utilizing proprietary software designed specifically for the Technology Forum, TCI will schedule, in advance, face-to-face meetings for those who pre-register. The meetings will be scheduled in 30-minute blocks during the face-to-face meeting times (see schedule). Prior to the Forum, a password to access a secure area of the TCI website will be given to each registrant. This area will contain information on presenting and attending companies, as well as contact information for a TCI professional who may be of assistance to you. These meetings are expected to fill quickly, so rapid pre-registration is highly recommended.
